Oferta pracy: Product Support Engineer

At this position you will form a part of cross functional teams including multiple stakeholders from different functional areas inside Danfoss as well as from external companies.

Your tasks

• Give necessary product support for Danfoss sales, marketing teams and customers
• Ensure accuracy of product data management (PDM)
• Participate in technical after sales service
• Coordinate adequate product approvals and certificates

• Prepare and maintain technical literature (Data Sheets, Engineering Sheets, product introduction materials, etc.)
• Support Value Selling activities and Product Benchmarking
• Support Supply Chain in providing Voice of Customer, PPAP processes and complaint handling

• Support process of reducing portfolio complexity

• Pursue and coordinate product maintenance projects (e.g. CRS, cost optimization) together with Product Engineering
• Support product change processes

• Contribute to Idea Generation process (innovation) and technical assessment of product feasibility
• Drive and deliver relevant content for product trainings internally and externally

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent command of English is required
• Good knowledge of German or other European languages will be appreciated
• Commercial or marketing background will be an asset
• Experience in delivering trainings will be an advantage
• Self-starter with a strong ability to move projects to secure progress
• Ability to see the value of contributing and developing results in a strong team
• Willing to learn more every day and develop professionally
• Challenging and open minded with good analytical skills
• Customer centered with excellent communication skills
